Rethinking Community & Neighborhood Assets

November 18, 2020 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Join us as we explore how ADUs can be repurposed beyond housing and serve other needs within the neighborhood and community.

The onset of COVID-19 has changed the way we use our homes. Kitchens double as office spaces, living rooms host school classes, and backyards are sometimes the only place to go for some fresh air. Having a bit more space is more needed than ever. This discussion explores ADUs as new community assets that go beyond housing to serve other needs within the neighborhood and community.

Featured speakers to be announced.

In collaboration with thought leaders, building industry professionals and members of the broader BIG community, we are envisioning a new approach to home and neighborhood building that fosters health in the broadest senseā€”as an interconnected web of personal, community and bioregional well-being.

We value your commitment to a better housing future and hope you will join us for the sixth installment of our seven-part Fall Forum series. To reserve your space, please register now.
